Food and Drug Administration (Thailand)

The regulator under the Ministry of Public Health responsible for food premises licensing, food product registration and the Food Serial Number system. Several BOI promoted activities in the food sector explicitly require an FDA registration — health claim, novel food or medical food — to be completed before the corporate income tax exemption can be exercised.
