Investment promotion agency — logistics activity incentives
The Office of the Board of Investment administers Thailand's investment promotion regime. Its Investment Promotion Guide 2026 sets out the logistics activities eligible for promotion, including activity group 10.10 (mass transit, transportation of bulk goods and loading/unloading facilities), activity group 10.11 (logistics service centers — smart-system distribution centres, International Distribution Centers and Distribution Centers) and activity 7.2.3.4 (Logistics Park), each with its own conditions and incentive tier.
