Investment promotion authority
Thailand's investment promotion agency. Its Investment Promotion Guide 2026 covers trade-services activities under Section 10 (High Value Service): 10.1.1 Trade and Investment Support Office (TISO), requiring annual selling and administrative expenses of at least 10 million baht and expressly including information services on goods sourcing; 10.1.2 International Business Center (IBC), requiring paid-up capital of at least 10 million baht and at least 10 skilled staff, with international trade business among its listed scopes; and 10.1.3 International Procurement Office (IPO). All three sit in incentive Group B (non-tax incentives such as land ownership and skilled-worker permits, without corporate income tax exemption). Activity 10.11.2 International Distribution Centers carries Group A3 incentives.
