Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the operator of the Site described in Section 2. They apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the Site, regardless of how they arrived at it.

Using the Site in any way — including reading a page, submitting an inquiry form, or subscribing to updates — means you accept these Terms as they stand at the time of your visit. We recommend checking this page occasionally, since the Terms may be updated as described in Section 24.

The True Thailand (T3) is a project developed by Petrol Solution Co., Limited (Company Registration/Tax ID: 0125567020511). Petrol Solution Co., Limited is described as a BOI-promoted company. This description is subject to confirmation against the company's current BOI certificate and has not been independently verified in this repository.

A registered office address, company director details, and other formal corporate particulars are not published on the Site at this time. This is not a representation that none exist — it simply reflects what has been verified and approved for public disclosure in this codebase as of the date above. Formal company particulars should be added once confirmed and approved for publication.

T3 exists to present Thailand as a business opportunity hub, a place to live and visit, a gateway to ASEAN, and a culturally rich nation, through articles, sector overviews, guides, directories of official resources, and similar editorial content.

The Site is a private, independently developed information and media resource. It is not a transactional platform: it does not currently process payments, bookings, applications, or legal filings on your behalf.

The Site is intended for general audiences researching Thailand for business, travel, cultural, or personal interest. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business research purposes, including reading content, following links to official sources, and submitting genuine inquiries through the forms provided.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates Thai law or the law of your own jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account or data that is not your own.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Site's availability.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site for republication or commercial redistribution without our prior written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site, including the partnership-inquiry form.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including any government body.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Site in a way not intended for ordinary human visitors.

The public Site does not currently offer visitor account registration, sign-in, or a personal dashboard. There is no username, password, or login flow available to the public today.

If account-based features are introduced in the future, this section will be updated to describe registration requirements, your responsibilities for keeping login credentials secure, and how to report suspected unauthorized use of an account.

The Site displays an "AI Concierge" panel and a floating assistant widget, both labelled Beta or Prototype. As implemented today, these are guided navigation tools: they present a fixed set of starter questions and quick links that route you to existing pages of the Site. They do not generate free-text AI responses, do not call an external AI model, and do not store a conversation transcript.

If T3 introduces a live, AI-generated conversational assistant in the future, that assistant may produce responses using artificial intelligence, which can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Any such feature will carry its own clear labelling, and its use will be governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in effect at that time. You should independently verify any important information before relying on it, whether it comes from a future AI feature or from the Site's editorial content generally.

Content on the Site relating to business sectors, investment, tourism, medical and wellness topics, culture, regulatory processes, and similar subjects is provided for general informational purposes only. It is intended to help you orient yourself and identify official resources — it is not a substitute for consulting the relevant Thai government authority, licensed professional, or official publication directly.

Rules, fees, procedures, incentive schemes, and similar details described on the Site can change. Time-sensitive information should always be confirmed with the responsible authority before you rely on it (see Section 11).

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or immigration advice, and nothing on the Site should be treated as a recommendation to take or avoid any particular action, investment, or transaction.

Before making a business, investment, medical, immigration, or other significant decision related to Thailand, you should seek advice from an appropriately licensed or qualified professional in the relevant field.

We aim for the Site's content to be accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, reliable, or up to date, or that the Site (or any part of it) will be available at any given time without interruption or error.

We do not guarantee any commercial, investment, tourism, or other outcome from using the Site, including outcomes from any partnership, sponsorship, or business-matching inquiry submitted through it.

Government logos, seals, or emblems are not displayed on the Site without the relevant authority's authorization. Where the Site links to or describes an official scheme (for example, a BOI incentive category), this is provided as a summary for orientation only; the official authority's own publication is always the authoritative source.

For time-sensitive matters — including fees, immigration requirements, investment incentives, licensing conditions, and official procedures — please confirm current requirements directly with the responsible Thai government authority before you rely on them or take action.

Where the Site cites or links to a government body, official statistic, news source, or other third party, this is done to help you find authoritative information, and the citation does not imply that the third party endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with T3.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sources, and information may change on the source's own website after we have referenced it.

The Site may contain links to external websites operated by government bodies, businesses, or other organizations. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of external websites.

Visiting a linked external website is at your own discretion and risk, and that website's own terms and privacy policy will apply to your use of it.

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, design, layout, graphics, original photography, and other original content on the Site are owned by, or licensed to, Petrol Solution Co., Limited for use in connection with the The True Thailand (T3) project, and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Factual information sourced from official Thai government publications and other third parties remains the property of, and subject to the terms of, the original source, and is used here for informational and attribution purposes.

The names "The True Thailand", "T3", and associated logos and visual branding, together with the "Petrol Solution" name and logo, are marks used by Petrol Solution Co., Limited in connection with the Site. You may not use these names, logos, or visual assets to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our prior written permission.

When you submit an inquiry, message, or feedback through a form on the Site (for example, a partnership inquiry), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us.

You retain ownership of any message or feedback you submit, but you grant us permission to use it internally to respond to you, evaluate your inquiry, and improve the Site. See the Privacy Policy for how submitted personal data is handled.

You may quote short excerpts of the Site's editorial content for non-commercial, personal, or journalistic purposes, provided you credit "The True Thailand (T3)" and, where practical, link back to the original page.

Bulk reproduction, republication of full articles, or commercial reuse of the Site's content, imagery, or data requires our prior written permission. Please contact us using the details in Section 27 to request permission.

T3 may, now or in the future, work with partners and sponsors as part of its commercial model. Where content is sponsored, produced in partnership with a third party, or otherwise commercially supported, we intend to disclose this clearly on the relevant page.

Editorial content — including sector overviews, cultural articles, and general guides — reflects T3's own research and editorial judgment and is not for sale. A commercial relationship with a partner does not entitle that partner to control T3's independent editorial content about Thailand generally.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including its content, features, and availability, without prior notice, and without liability for doing so.

The Site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to an informational website to keep the Site operating securely, but no website can be guaranteed to be free of vulnerabilities. Please see Sections 10 and 21 regarding the limits of what we can guarantee.

If you become aware of a security vulnerability, misuse, or suspicious activity affecting the Site, please report it to us using the contact details in Section 27.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Thailand, T3 and Petrol Solution Co., Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from your reliance on any content, link, or third-party source made available through it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of Thailand, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. This clause is drafted conservatively and should be reviewed by qualified Thai legal counsel to confirm its enforceability in your specific circumstances.

If you misuse the Site in a way that breaches these Terms — for example, by submitting fraudulent information, attempting unauthorized access, or infringing another person's rights through the Site — you agree to be responsible for any loss this directly causes us, to the extent permitted by Thai law. We do not seek indemnification for ordinary, good-faith use of the Site.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Site in a way that could harm T3, other visitors, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in the Site's features, applicable law, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Material changes may also be noted on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid or unenforceable under Thai law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless a mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise.

T3 publishes directories of exhibitions, venues, conference hotels and organizations (including on /business/exhibitions and similar sector pages) as an independent information platform. Unless a specific listing expressly states otherwise, T3 is not the organizer, promoter, venue operator, booking agent or a government body for any exhibition, venue, hotel or program referenced in these directories.

• A listing does not imply endorsement, partnership, accreditation or government approval of the listed organizer, venue, hotel or event by T3, and does not imply that T3 endorses, partners with, or is accredited by any government body.
• T3 does not guarantee leads, introductions, booth availability, attendance, sales, market access, visa outcomes, investment outcomes or government approval in connection with any listing.
• Listings are labeled by status (such as Confirmed, Upcoming, Tentative, Past, or Unverified/Awaiting Confirmation) based on the most recent information available to T3 at the stated verification date. Dates, venues, participation options, capacities and availability can change after that date.
• Always confirm current details — dates, venue, participation, pricing, capacity and eligibility — directly with the organizer, venue, hotel or responsible authority before making a decision or commitment.
• Where a directory entry includes photography of people, products, venues or events, and is not expressly identified as an official or licensed photograph of that specific subject, it is a representative T3 editorial visualization and not a documentary photograph of the named organizer, venue, company or event.
• T3 does not operate an automated business-matching, introduction or booking system. Any business-matching or exhibition-planning inquiry submitted through T3 (including via the Connect With T3 form) starts a direct conversation with the T3 team — it does not book, reserve, guarantee or confirm any outcome.

This section does not limit the general disclaimers, limitation-of-liability and no-guarantee provisions set out elsewhere in these Terms (see “Informational nature of content,” “No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability or outcome,” and “Limitation of liability” above), which apply equally to exhibition, venue and business directory content.
